Diramics was founded in Zurich Switzerland in 2016 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich to bring the ultra low noise pHEMT technology from research to the market. While Diramics is a new company, the technology behind the pH-100 transistors is proven and has been in use in the field for more than 10 years.

We firmly believe that in order to be able to offer the ultimate performance low-noise pHEMTs, it is essential to have control over everything starting from the epitaxial layer design, over transistor fabrication, all the way to device characterization and modelling.

Diramics’ project on the commercialization of the ultra-low-noise InP HEMT technology has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 855915.
